DATES NEEDED Family Medicine Dates/Availability:
Starting November through April 2024.
Shift Details:
M-F 8a-5p; No call.
POSITION DETAILS Family Medicine Setting:
Outpatient Patient volume:
2 providers, 15-20 patients/day Required Procedures:
Bread and Butter family practice - Colds, Flu, minor injuries.
Client requirements:
Active AZ license and AZ DEA.
Current:
ACLS, BLS, and PALS Credentialing timeframe:
2-4 weeks.
If you have all current immunizations, 2 weeks.
